What fees am I required to pay to secure a room at the Village?

Application Fee: paid when submitting your application for the first time.

Security Deposit: this amounts to 4 weeks rent and is held over the course of your stay in case of damage to the room. Where applicable, this will be refunded at the end of your contract. Please note that the security deposit is not rent in advance.

Registration Fee: this is a one off processing fee, which is put towards residential life and your student experience at the village.

Annual Cleaning Fee: this is held over the course of your stay and used to clean your room once you depart the village.
