After paying the application fee during the initial steps, if you receive an invitation of accommodation for the Village, you will be required to pay two other fees to secure a room with us:
1. Security Deposit: this amounts to 4 weeks rent and is held over the course of your stay in case of damage to the room. Where applicable, this will be refunded at the end of your contract.
2. Activity Fee: this is put towards all the residential life activites held by the village to add to your stay with us at the village. *The amount of the activity fee is: for full year contracts = $100; for semesterly contracts = $50; for flexible contracts = $25.
