Applying to live at the village is easy!
Step One: Simply head to our website and select the 'Apply Now' button on the top righthand corner.
Step Two: Once you successfully submit your application online, you will receive an invitation to secure a room.
Step Three: Once you receive your invitation there are 3 steps to complete;
- Complete and return to us your Residential Agreement document
- Make payment of the bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent)
- Complete the direct debit step for future rental payments
Step Four: Once the above steps have been completed, we will send you a confirmation email and get you ready to arrive at your new home!
Please note: The bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent) is a refundable amount payable upon arrival.
