Your rent is direct debited from your Australian bank account or debit/credit card using the account details that you have nominated through the portal. Payments by debit/credit card will incur a surcharge fee.
How do I change my nominated account?
To update these details, please log into the student portal - click 'my payment/refund details' at the top of the page and follow the steps to complete the process. Any changes to your nominated account will be applied to the next scheduled rent payment.
When is my rent due?
Please refer to the rent schedule located within the 'documents' tab on your student portal for the rent payment schedule.
How much rent will I be charged?
Your payments are fortnightly and will cover the next two weeks of rent. The first payment may include extra days to cover additional days until the next payment, please see the rent schedule.
Can I pay in advance?
We do allow rent to be paid in full year or semester in advance via the Student Portal. You must choose this option when nominating your account for rent. You will be emailed prior to rent being due with instructions. This option is only available prior to your booking start.
