If rent is rejected, declined, or late (unless otherwise arranged with the Village), a $20 late fee will be charged.
To pay overdue rent, log into the Student Portal, go to 'Account Summary', and pay using a credit or debit card.
If payment was missed due to incorrect rent details, sign into the Student Portal, click 'Payment Setup' on the left-hand menu, and follow the steps to complete the process.
