You can prepay your rent before rent Wednesday and your nominated account will not be debited if your account credit sufficiently covers your upcoming fortnightly rent payment and you have no unpaid debts.
Rent charges are only applied to your account on rent day, so please refer to your rent reminder or residential agreement for the fortnightly amount. Every fortnight is a standard amount unless it is the first or last payment.
Payments by bank transfer may take 3-5 working days to reconcile to your account, a remittance email to residents@studentvillagenorthryde.com.au will speed up the reconciliation.
