Rental payments are debited from your nominated account on rent day unless your account has enough credit to cover your rent or an agreement with the Village manager is arranged.
You can credit your account prior to rent day via:
- CLV website with credit/debit card
- CLV app with credit/debit card
- Eftpos at reception
- Bank transfer, however this may take 2-5 days to reconcile to your account
You can prepay your rent by semester or full term prior to your contracted booking start date, by selecting this payment frequency during your payment method setup. You will receive payment advice by email.
