When you are going to be away from the village or your room for more than 48hrs, you should advise the village staff.
You can do this via the CLV app under Bookings
- Select your InRoom booking
- Click Set away from room
- Check your information is correct
- Click Dates to select your start date and then select your return date
- Then click Submit to confirm
The last 3 periods selected for Away from room will show under Away from room. If you need to make any changes, please contact the village.
Note that if you are at the end of your booking and simply wish to depart, you can update your departure date via the Student Portal.
