You will be the only resident that has access to your bedroom, everyone in your apartment will have the main apartment key as well as yourself.
Village management do have a copy of the key, if you get locked out, they may also use it to gain access to the room, however you will be notified in advance of that.
In case of a lock out after hours, the resident assistant will also hold the master key to let you back into your room.
