Applying to live at the village is easy!
Step One:
Simply head to our website
Step Two:
Select the campus and room you want to stay in, select the duration of your booking.
Step Three:
If you meet our eligibility criteria and we have rooms available, you will be able to instantly sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement (RTA).
Otherwise you can submit your request for a booking and we will be in contact with you and send your offer of accommodation to live at the village via email. Once you receive our offer, you will be able to proceed with signing the RTA.
Step Four:
Make your payments.
Step Five:
Setup your direct debit rental payment method via either Credit/Debit card or Australian Bank account.
Step Six:
Provide your photo, emergency contact, enrolment information and arrival to complete the final step.
Step Seven:
Once all the steps are complete, we will send you a confirmation email, with a copy of your signed documents and get you ready to arrive at your new home!
