Also referred to as the Resident portal and Portalx.
The student portal is the village website for interactions with current residents. It is slowly being replaced with the CLV app as we migrate functionality. The Student portal uses the same login (email) as the CLV website/CLV app, but has a separate password.
We will refer you to the student portal for the following actions:
- Complete your pre-arrival checklist
- Update your arrival
- Complete arrival forms (such as guest and fire acknowledgement)
- Online induction
- Room profiling
- Car parking application
- Booking a resource
- Guides and other information
- Updating personal information including emergency contacts
- Uploading your profile photo
- Letting us know your plans for next year
- Departure dates
When using the student portal for the first time, you must use Forgot Password to set your password the first time.
